A operacionalização e a logística para a chegada de ajuda humanitária às comunidades indígenas isoladas por conta das enchentes que assolam o Acre têm sido um dos maiores desafios do governo do Estado. Para pactuar ações em caráter emergencial para a entrega de donativos, uma força-tarefa foi realizada nessa sexta-feira, 1, na Secretaria da Casa Civil, em Rio Branco.

O encontro reuniu o governo do Estado com representantes das esferas públicas federal, estadual e municipal na implementação de ações que busquem amenizar os impactos sofridos pelas comunidades indígenas no estado que perderam ou tiveram a produção e o sustento comprometidos.

"Toda essa estrutura e levantamento de informações e o fluxo de necessidades serão encaminhados para a Coordenadoria de Defesa Civil, para, a partir de então, encaminharmos ao Ministério da Integração e do Desenvolvimento Regional e à Secretaria Nacional de Defesa Civil, para providências no envio de apoio técnico e logístico ao governo e às prefeituras", disse o coordenador da Defesa Civil, coronel Carlos Batista.

A ajuda
Os donativos compreendem mais de três mil sacolões de cesta básica específicos para comunidades indígenas, filtros de água e hipoclorito (por conta da contaminação dos mananciais), kits de limpeza e de higiene pessoal, além de redes; tudo viabilizado por uma logística de distribuição única do Estado, via exército brasileiro.

"Temos feito uma força-tarefa tanto aos indígenas em um contexto urbano, que hoje estão em abrigos em Rio Branco, Brasileia, Jordão, como também nas seis terras indígenas que foram atingidas pela enchente e perderam sua produção", disse a secretária extraordinária de Povos Indígenas, Francisca Arara.

Acesso difícil

As aldeias Mamoadate, localizada nos municípios de Assis Brasil e Sena Madureira, e dos Ashaninkas do Alto Rio Envira despontam com a situação mais crítica entre os povos indígenas atingidos, por conta da distância, isolamento e difícil acesso.

"O povo do Iaco, o Mamoadate, abriga dois povos. Por conta da enchente, o acesso só seria possível via aérea, mas estamos articulando para mobilizar o exército e encontrar uma alternativa para enviar por Assis Brasil, para que chegue mais rápido", acrescenta.


Ainda segundo ela, o atendimento aos povos do Envira receberá uma tratativa mais contundente, pois o acesso se dá exclusivamente por dez dias de barco ou, ainda, por transporte aéreo.

Áreas extremas
Nesse sentido, uma das agravantes dos impactos da enchente no Acre é que ela se intensificou, sobretudo, nas áreas mais extremas do território estadual, como Jordão e Santa Rosa do Purus, ocasionando maior dificuldade na chegada de ajuda humanitária.


"Para essas comunidades indígenas, de fato, em alguns pontos, só vai via aeronave de asas rotativas [helicóptero]. Mas, hoje, pudemos reunir para que todos unidos possamos levar essa ajuda humanitária para dentro da floresta", disse o coordenador da Casa Civil, Ítalo Medeiros.

Além da Casa Civil, da Secretaria Extraordinária de Povos Indígenas (Sepi) e da Defesa Civil, participaram do encontro representantes da Fundação Nacional dos Povos Indígenas (Funai); do Distrito Sanitário Especial Indígena (DSEI), das Forças Armadas e dos ministérios públicos Federal (MPF) e Estadual (MPAC).
